1. Who we are

2. What we offer

Morrowglass offers written tarot readings, video tarot readings and distance energy sending. All services are provided for reflection and entertainment only. They are not predictions and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice.

3. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old to book. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

4. Questions we do not read on

We do not provide readings on health, pregnancy, death, legal, financial or investment matters. If your question falls into one of these areas, we may decline it and refund you in full.

5. Booking and delivery

When you book, you choose a delivery time. Standard services can be booked from 24 hours ahead; Express services from 12 hours ahead for an additional $20. Written readings are delivered as a PDF by email, video readings as a private video link by email. Energy sessions take place by the time you chose, followed by a short note.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on our website and at checkout. Payment is taken when you book and is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services bought online. Because our services are personalised and delivered quickly, when you book you ask us to start the service immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Until your reading is delivered or your energy session has taken place, you may cancel for a full refund.

8. Cancellations, changes and refunds

You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email any time before delivery, and receive a full refund for a cancellation. Once a reading has been delivered or a session has taken place, the service is complete and cannot be refunded. If we cannot deliver on time, we will refund you in full.

9. No guaranteed outcome

Readings and energy work are interpretive and spiritual practices. We make no promise of any particular result, and any decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you book applies to your booking.
