About Morrowglass
I'm Viktoria, and Morrowglass is where I share two practices close to my heart: reading tarot and working with energy. I live in Slovakia, in the heart of Europe, and I read in English for people wherever they are.
In everyday life I work closely with people, listening to what they need and helping them find a way forward. My readings come from the same place. I don't predict your future or tell you what to do. I lay out the cards, listen to what they bring up, and help you see your situation from a quieter, clearer angle, so the decision stays yours.
Every reading and every energy session is done by me, by hand, with my full attention on your question.

Questions
How fast will I receive my reading?
By the delivery time you choose when booking. Standard readings can be booked from 24 hours ahead, Express readings from 12 hours ahead.
What format will it come in?
Written readings arrive as a PDF by email. Video readings arrive as a private video link by email. After energy sending you receive a short note about the session.
Which questions can't you answer?
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. I don't read on health, pregnancy, death, legal, financial or investment matters, and a reading is never a substitute for professional advice.
Can I change my booking time?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule, as long as the reading hasn't been delivered yet.
Do you offer refunds?
If your reading hasn't been delivered yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a reading has been delivered, it can't be refunded, because the service is complete.
Why 18+?
Readings touch on personal topics, so Morrowglass works only with adults aged 18 and over.
